Return Policy

At AEYA, every piece is made to be worn hard and kept for years. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to contact us at support@aeyapadel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond and process your request the same day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with the swing tag attached. Once your return is approved, we will send you full instructions, including the return address. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as AEYA cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are complimentary. If you need a different size or colourway, email support@aeyapadel.com and we will arrange it for you, including outbound shipping on your replacement at no cost. The original item must be unworn with the swing tag attached. Exchanges are subject to availability. The Founders Collection is a limited run, so if your preferred piece has sold through, we will process a refund instead.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@aeyapadel.com straight away and we will resolve it immediately, with all costs covered by AEYA.

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, we will inspect it and confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of the return being received. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The same conditions apply. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with the swing tag attached, alongside proof of purchase.
