Shipping Policy

Every AEYA order is tracked from the moment it leaves us.

Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or over the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link the moment your order is dispatched.

During launch periods and restocks, processing may take up to 48 hours. If anything changes with your order, we will tell you before you have to ask.

United Kingdom

All UK orders are shipped with DPD.

Orders over £120 ship free via DPD Next Day.

Orders under £120 ship via DPD Standard, delivered in 2 to 3 working days, calculated at checkout. Next day delivery is available on any order at checkout.

Next day delivery applies to orders placed before the 3pm cut off, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed Friday before 3pm arrive Monday.

Europe and International

We ship worldwide with fully tracked delivery. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping applies to UK orders only.

Every international order is shipped with all duties and taxes paid by AEYA. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No customs charges, no import fees, no surprises on delivery.

Delivery windows from dispatch:

  • Europe: 3 to 7 working days
  • USA and Canada: 3 to 6 working days
  • Rest of world: 4 to 10 working days, with some remote destinations taking slightly longer

Order Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or amend an order, email support@aeyapadel.com as soon as possible. We dispatch quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, but we will always do what we can.

Delays

On rare occasions, carriers experience delays outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact support@aeyapadel.com and the team will chase it directly with the carrier on your behalf.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email support@aeyapadel.com. Every AEYA order is tracked in transit. If the carrier confirms a parcel as lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
